Zero Tolerance

"The skilled and dedicated people who work in the NHS spend their lives caring for others. Yet far too many of them are victims of violence and intimidation. The Government is determined to make life safer for the people who work in the NHS. That will be good for staff and it will be good for the millions of patients who use the health service". (John Hutton)

This Practice operates under the PCT guidance for zero tolerance of aggressive behaviour (both physical and verbal), all incidences will be reported to the PCT and in some instances after review patients may be removed from the practice list, and their names will be placed on the Zero Tolerance Register.
